Splat Website

I made a Splat website, although the address is very, very long so HERE is the link. The website is only a beta so I hope you like it. Check it out. Here is the site address, you have to type it in exactly as it is: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Joe/My%20Documents/Splat.htm

The link doesn't work. It doesn't even say that there is no website with that name, it just doesn't do anything.
